For me, running is a bit of an obsession. It can be exciting, calming, energizing, or draining, but it’s always an adventure. Running has taught me about the hard work necessary to achieve my goals and has shown me just how far I can travel on my feet. It helps me stay healthy, both physically and mentally, and allows me to connect with nature on a regular basis.
That’s why I run.
